Does anybody know who will be calling the game?

Please, ESPN, we’ve waited 20+ years for this moment, don’t ***** this up. I don’t know if Fowler was hittin’ the bottle during the game but there were several key moments where I’m not sure he even realized where he was. Herbie, also, is not what he used to be. McDonough/McElroy are the obvious answer here. I need to here my man Sean yelling, “Toney for the game winning TD!!” or “Canes win, Canes win!!” in that crazy *** voice he’s got. C’mon ESPN, give the people what they want.

Along with his 32 Notre Dame references…..

Fowler definitely seemed off. Most clear example was one of Fletcher's big runs where he ran over one of the LBs and no mention of it whatsoever. He called it as if it was a two yard run into the line. Almost as if he was paying attention to something else.

Herbie and Fowler
My least favorite duo to listen to during a game. Fluffed narratives, hypocrisy, inaccurate or overly generalized information about players, and fake excitement from Fowler to boot. Glad I’ll be at the game. Godspeed to anyone who has to listen to these two mosquita muerta SEC/corporate shills and fall back on ‘Herbie’s speech saved the program.’

Herbie is losing fastball & has too much on his plate. He made multiple comments about players during the game that were far fetched & inaccurate.
There was a play that could have been a PI on 3 and 17 and he said it didn't matter that it wasnt called because they still would have been 2 yards short. I was shocked.

As others have said, ignore the national broadcast. Watch the ACCN with Mac Lain, Jimbo, and Eddie Royal. Jimbo was a bit annoying at times, but informative. Mac Lain and Royal are cool AF.

I watch the main broadcast live and then re watch the Mcafee cast. What’s up with ESPN 4k. The technology is at least 10 years old now and they don’t show commercials which is fine but it always has some type of freeze or pause.

As always, their #1 crew----Fowler and Herbstreet.
