Over the past decade we have always said x player hasn't developed or taken the next step. We have been programed to be underwhelmed during a players career at UM only to watch them ball out in the NFL. To me Calais Campbell is a prime example. Suh played in college like he does in the pros. Campbell was a decent player here but didn't receive the necessary coaching to excel in an easier league. We are finally hiring coaches who will make players better at UM!!!

Watching football on Saturdays will finally be fun again. I'm not ready to crown any players yet. IMO everyone gets a clean slate. For example who knows if the new coaches can make a Jelani Hamilton serviceable? All I'm saying is with coaching and the ability to see where a player can contribute the sky is the limit. We finally will have competence back in the Gables.

I dont expect people that spell the conjunction "but" with 2 T's to really grasp it.

Hamilton has graduated and will not be back...

This is why when people constantly state things like "we need recruiters" here it makes my blood boil.

Our players don't develop physically or mentally until they are in the NFL. That stops now.

So what you are saying is that if you tie a string around your ***** and tie the other end to a wild squirrel and when the squirrel is sleeping you ask your life partner to sneak up on the squirrel on his tippy toes and take a Zippo lighter out and quickly burn the squirrel's ********s it will replace the need for Viagra and other ED drugs?
