How does it affect recruiting?

Where was Moore? I guess we aren't going to see Trader much this year but he could have helped stretch the field and open up the run game. Him not being out there has hurt us and Beck/offense.

Missing Trader out there has hurt the offense and would have opened up offense and run game even more. That still was a big loss. It appears he isnt coming back anytime soon.

The playcalling was abysmal and Beck had a bad game. We need to open up our run game with our OL and talented backs.

The offense and Beck and Dawson lost this game although I expected much more energy and a better performance from this team considering what was riding on this game if we win. The rest of the schedule was set up nicely.

This wasnt a perfect team but we got outcoached by Brohm badly IMO.

I fell for it again and believed the hype after the big miami win over ND to start the year.

I am shellshocked.

Not D$ or Pete, but I don’ think it will affect recruiting much in today’s IMO.
Same token, I don’t think it really matters who they get on offense. They can’t do jack **** with what they have and they have a pretty talented roster IMO. Dawson and Mario are retards and will just continue to try and pound the square peg into a round hole.

One game has next to zero impact on recruiting.

All I want @DMoney to do is go on the pod tomorrow and say our Run Scheme isn't working, and it was dumb to think the idea of "just not losing yards" was ever good or going to win us games this year that we otherwise wouldn't win anyways.

Haha, good luck. He's a company man, he isn't going to call it how it deserves to be called.

Zero sacks and only two TFL allowed. IMO that’s worth the trade off for only rushing for 2.6ypc

If ND doesn't beat USC, we literally aren't going to have any ranked wins at the end of the year. And if we aren't even in the ACC CG, we're ****ed in that situation.
That’s probably what’s gonna happen lol. That would be so Miami haha go 11-1 and get left out

……………..yes I’m joking
That may be the defense he uses though.

The funny thing is people want to **** on pff grading and stats and ****, but we had exactly 0 games last year with a 70 or better run blocking grade against p5 opponents. This year we don't have any above a 66. I'm going to go ahead and guess the playing in a phone booth with runs up the middle constantly don't let your oline do much positive... Sure it limits their negative plays a little (oh except when they rack up drive crippling penalties that is), but then what the **** is the point of building and paying for a really expensive mountain of an Oline exactly? How dumb do you have to be to think you've built one of the 5 best Olines in the country, and then take them out of the game by scheme lol

I’m completely with you man. Feels like investing that heavily into your oline should let you put them on more of an island instead of condensing everything to avoid negatives as much as possible.

Lmao at @DMoney still defending this run game smfh. Yeah the blame is also on the penalties getting us behind the sticks, but when your entire run game is based on hopefully picking up 4yards AND NOTHING MORE, you **** yourself with that style of play. This run game is literally designed to kill ourselves. Period. And it puts a **** load of pressure on the pass game and a QB nobody should expect to be much more than a game manager who hits some deep shots every handful of times. The scheme doesn't ******* work. Just say that ffs.

Like I *****ed about all last year ask why the **** we have such narrow splits. Even if we ran right up the ******* middle every run play if we had wider splits maybe there'd be a hole a RB could run through!!!! Holy **** man.
