@DMoney any potential coaching movement we need to be aware of? Feel this staff was spot on (except special teams and maybe TE). Gotta' hold onto Taylor and Lewis. I'm sure NFL will be sniffing around Taylor like they do every year.

Didn't Hafley just get hired with the Fins?
Heatherman and Hafley both worked for Schiano, I believe, so there may be a connection.
Look, we have a good staff and there will be many programs looking to replicate what we did.
This is part of life.
Notwithstanding some bad hires early on at UM, Mario has a good record of hiring coaches.
We will be fine.

Have to be careful for Jason Taylor also, he probably wouldnt go anywhere else but opportunity to stay in miami while not having to deal with Mario 24/7 grind might have him jump.. He was talking about vacation after season and Mario probably calling meeting with coaches right now.. Its ALOT

Yes, the Fins poaching our staff while traditionally ignoring local UM stars would be a very Dolphin thing to do.
 
No sources whatsoever but you'd have to expect we'll replace some coaches. When you make it as far as the Canes did, their coaches aren't going unnoticed....

Because they are a bunch of putzes.
I can't stand that franchise.
At least I respected it under Joe Robbie and Shula, but that was so long ago.
