this kid is a maryland commit. we just offered his teammate nasir upshir who is a 2016 kid. Moore beasted on micah fitzpatrick in a camp in august. my friend coached both him and jaelan strong and said dj is more polished at this point. bottom line, him and nasir want to play together and only maryland offered both. coach coley has his info but they have only offered nasir. i am sorry but his tape might not be south florida but this school is pointing nfl talent out and he is more polished than chatham, spence, etc. You add him and a 16' kid who has offers from everyone and is top 150

Since it's a longshot for us to close on any elite in-state WR's outside of Antonio Calloway I would definitely offer this kid! He can play with anybody, idc where he's from. Kid is a playmaker!

he went in and played qb this year when his qb went down. he is not a qb and ran for 300 yards. he is a great kid too. plus, he would get upshur to commit and that kid is a 5 star in 2016.
