Coaches...Your either coaching it or allowing it. Diaz has been here the longest so his hands are deeper into this any other coach on the roster. Your not eradicating the problem by continuing to play the players that are diseases. Your not going to do it through recruiting because if so you will doing it now with this past recruiting class. From what I seen at FIU all the players must be cancers because they all lokked like they didn't give a **** with the exception of two or three. .

You see LSU, Clemson play, they're all business.

You see Miami play, you see a team that don't give a flying fvck about winning. From top to bottom, the school could care less about the football program. They all in for the medical part, all these **** medical buildings going up.

Football is an after thought to them. The truth hurts.

There may be a disease, I am not going to argue that point though. The bigger issue is the doctor diagnosing the disease doesn't know what he's doing. There is no excuse for that loss, even with the disease. This loss is strictly on the coaches. We're playing the 112 ranked rush defense. Why are we pounding it until they stop it? Enos overthinks things more than the guy who calls a pass from the one yard line when you have Marshawn Lynch. Two drives that we are stopped on 4th and 1 because we call boneheaded plays. Then we keep calling slants, when FIU is clogging the middle to stop them.

How much can you fault an employee for not performing at or above his or her expectations if their boss is indifferent towards it all or has an extremely low bar?

There's no urgency at this program. They don't understand the true meaning of success and prefer to quickly celebrate and flaunt minor triumphs. If the Athletic Department demanded excellence and set a tense results-oriented atmosphere for everyone involved in the program I guarantee you we don't lose this game yesterday.

This entire program is corrupt. It's impossible to succeed in this environment.
