Clemson has no trouble hanging in to Venables. Alabama held on to Kirby Smart for a **** decade. LSU hangs on to Aranda. Virginia Tech has hung on to Bud Foster forever.
Miami? Any time we have a coach worth a ****, he gets poached. Kool, Stoutland, Cristobal, Diaz, etc etc etc going back to Butch ******* Davis.
That doesn’t happen at big time programs, and it’s a **** problem having a leaky bucket.
Meanwhile, our worst corches (Jon Richt, Searles, Donofrio, etc) stick around forever without getting fired.
