Difference between Coach Golden, Larranaga & Morris

The other day, WQAM interviewed the three coaches. You listen to Golden and you get fired up. You listen to Larranaga and you wish your kid was playing for him. Then, Morris came on and it was like listening to a boring college professor who has been teaching the same class for 30 years and has completely lost interest. Morris had no enthusiasm...no fire in his belly...it was down right depressing. Teams seem to take on the characteristics of their coach. No wonder the baseball program is in such trouble.

I don't want Miami to be the next USC. A Dominant program that stayed the course too long and became virtually irrelevant.
