That his dedication with regards to film study and other aspects of preparation was lacking last year. Strange the same problem rears its head in the QB room.

NCAA rules mandate the number of hours coaches can spend with the players, players must put their own time in. That is non-negotiable and should be understood from day 1 for anyone expecting to play QB at UM.

Walsh, Kosar, Torreta, Erickson, and Dorsey won chips at UM. You will not win on an elite level with a QB who prepares to play but doesn't prepare to win.
