Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Hopefully it works out but if I dont see a competent OC hired and a complete gutting of the offensive and special teams staff I am going to lose it.

We’ve hired 5 head coaches since the year 2000.

- Three of them just had to move to the bigger office in the Hect
- Two came from Temple
- Two of them came from failed 7-6 staffs
- One came here with a losing record
- One we hired immediately after a school fired him

Or to chronologically throw up:

Coker: Lazy promotion from within
Shannon: Lazy promotion from within from failed regime
Golden: Temple head coach with losing record
Richt: Disgraced fired head coach
Manny: Temple head coach/ lazy promotion from within from failed regime

The BOT has shown over the last 18 years they don’t give a shlt and learn nothing from their pattern of hires.

I think Dugans and Hartley will stick around for recruiting. We had bigger probs than TEs and WRs last year, on the field.
Hartley never needs to see the ST room again, tho.

Diaz isnt known for his recruiting acumen, so he will need to surround himself with a staff who is.

Brown, I'd personally let him go because he's just a yes man Richt brought in from UGA, but we could probably do worse at RB coach.
I also understand he and Diaz are hombres...or homies...or what the F ever...

The key factor will be the OC who is brought in. Will he be ok with retaining said individuals, or will he even have a choice.

You’d let go Brown but not Dugans?

Group A: Homer, Dallas, Davis

Group B: Thomas, Cager, Harley

Now which group performed better?

I'm not saying these units didn't end the season with issues, I just said we have far worst issues that we need to address.
