But it would be different if the kids were out there laying down, they're not. They're just not making enough game defining plays. I'm not going to use youth as an excuse because these games count and we've had 4th qtr leads that we didn't hold for consecutive games, not to mention driving for a go ahead score late in both games.
There's something to be said for coaching experience. Expect a lot of growing pains and some very tough losses. When putting a staff together you get fooled into thinking you need young coaches that can relate to 17-18 year old kids, but often those coaches don't possess the requisite experience. That is hurting UM right now.
