Defensive Line?

I live in Saudi Arabia, so I didn’t get to watch the game. I read through the box score and saw that we only had two sacks. BCC is a team that we should have two to three times as many sacks. Can someone provide insight as to why so few? Thanks!

Was at the game. A few things true at once:

1. We were vanilla. A poster said it kind of looked like an all star game where you can’t blitz or stunt and that’s true
2. The QB was mobile and pretty elusive. We had pressure but couldn’t finish a few of them
3. We do not have much speed at DE. Mesidor is our best guy, but we are lacking here. Need guys to emerge
 
We rushed with a contain all game long. None of the guys went full speed and when they did, usually it was on the edge where the QB then took off.

They had some serious speed at the QB position, they ran away from Harvey and Harvey is not a slow player. He can move.

Just need to improve on the contain. 2nd half looked far better, first reads weren't open and usually thats when we started disrupting plays. Keep in mind, the personnel we saw yesterday won't be the one in Week 3.

Gotta give them credit for that. I’ll bet those dudes make a lot of plays against FCS comp.
