He isn’t a aranda disciple. He never even worked with him. Leonard played years In the 3-4 under Rex Ryan with the ravens, jets, and bills

What about a guy like Tosh Lupoi? Something like a run game coordinator/ LBs coach. Then find someone older as a DC/ DB coach? Derrick Ansley maybe?

Both guys have NFL experience, Bama experience, and know the importance of recruiting
