2027 Davin Davidson 4* QB from Sarasota (Cardinal Mooney)

Wont know anything until we see him in college, have to throw with anticipation and we wont know it till we see it. Has the tools though. When we go portal it tells you that what they see in pratice isn't good enough. When a HS player takes the reign you know they earned it and the coaches believe they got a dog. Arm strength and all that stuff is great and all but show me when bullets are flying, how you perform in live action is what's most important.
 
I will be a eyeing his UF visit, I believe the 28th. They could still be in the lead, but UF and Miami are the top 2 right now. UF and UGA are programs that will negative recruit our use of the QB portal. That's a given. I know he plans to visit Auburn, UGA and Mississippi St, also. He expects to make a decision in April.
The Oregon's and Auburn's have used the QB portal more than Miami has the last 4 years so that isn't a option for them with Mencl or Abrams. Hopefully, we get a lead and a commitment from one of these 3 in the next 6 weeks.

They can try but it won’t work. He’ll be a cane unless Mencl or Abrams wants in based on everything out there on him.

Davidson loved his time at 305 Day earlier this month and will be back on campus this coming weekend. Davidson plans to make a decision shortly after the visit.....Florida has been gaining a lot of buzz recently.​

Will Mencl

Miami is a dark horse in this recruitment.....The Ducks have the overwhelming lead...and will get his last visit before he makes an April decision.​
