Here are his NIKE Numbers from earlier this month. Second Highest SPARQ Score at the Orlando Combine

Darrian Felix RB 17 FL Fort Myers 5-10(H), 189(W), 4.58(40) 4.23(SS) 36(PB) 43.2(V) 120.27(SPARQ)
vertical is unreal

last year in a few track meets in his first HS year of track did well over 20 feet in the long jump and over 41 feet in the triple jump

Idk if this is the first time you guys have come across him, but I've mentioned him numerous times over the past year on the site.

Can play RB, WR, CB, KR, PR.

He's a do it all guy.

His money position is WR or CB at the next level.

Canes have a very good shot but I've heard Clemson can contend with Miami for him, if they offer.

He posted a 4.39 hand timed forty at the army combine a few weeks ago.

He has also posted a 46" vertical before.

Today at Orlando Regional he had electric 4.56 forty, 43" vertical, 4.09 shuttle, and 37' power ball. For a ridiculous score of 128.76 .

Mentioned him in the WR thread DMoney had for 2017 WRs. I don't care what position we take him at (WR or DB) but you make room for him and figure it out when he gets here.

In the video paranos put up he mentioned being recruited as a RB

He has grown a bit too. Officially measured in 5'11" 188 today. Was around like 5'9" about a year ago and 165-170.

At Miami I don't think he would be a RB. WR or DB as I said would be his fit.(I can be wrong though. Miami is looking for RBs who have multiple skills (be able to run, catch, split out wide, etc.)

He knows what his fit is at the next level too. I have spoken to him a bit in the past. He mentioned Miami as his leader before while Golden was here. He was a fan of Oregon growing up but he told me by no means does that mean where he's going.

Love that he's a "hands" catcher... a lot of RBs try to catch w/ their bodies...

He probably fits a Clemson or Oregin 's offense better, but we need or something similar

Some really good players have come out of the area over the years - Deion Sanders, Jevon Kearse and Noel Devine come to mind - not sure whatever happened to Devine in college....

Always a good idea to grab a couple from the west Florida area every year....

2017 kid? Anyone has his hudl?(on my phone at the moment)

Darrian Felix - Hudl

Warren Williams a Cane who went on to play for Steelers, Phillip (DB last name eludes me) and Jammi German who never realized his star rating all came from Ft. Myers.

Not so fast on Oregon, that is a long way from Mom. I know him and his mom. He plays HS FB for my brother. Great kid.

Not sure of your reasoning as to why he "may not a be RB" in your estimation at 5'11" 188 (easy 200 in a few months). Dalvin Cook listed as 5'11" 202 (for the non comprehension crew, I'm comparing size only). No doubt he's very fast, plus this kid probably would average 4.4 forty easily, especially with college training program. Be reminded of that CMR and Brown know a little something about recruiting running backs.
