But also hasn’t declared.
And there is absolutely no fckng way Raiola’s pops and uncle let him transfer to Oregon to compete or ride pine.
You don’t start on a p4 team for 2 years and then transfer to be a back up.

What gives? Why isn’t he public about declaring unless he’s shopping.
And if he would’ve entered the portal is he ranked higher than Leavit?

In the QB transfer thread there is a link from Nakos saying he officially signed with Oregon. Dunno if that means he signed NIL contract, or just committed.

I believe there’s 0 shot Moore returns. Would be kinda foolish to (monetarily) as he’s currently projected top 10

I’m with you. But then why hasn’t he declared and why hasn’t he said he coming back?
Raiola didn’t have to commit. He just has to enter the portal before the 16th.

I don’t understand it either unless he’s genuinely mulling it over.

Seems like a no brainer to me, especially with this QB class. I think we’ll see him declare in the next day or 2

Nothing would surprise me at this point but I think he's going to the NFL
I just find it odd that he hasn’t put his name out there. Why be so quiet about it?
Why not start generating buzz and letting your agent start contacting nfl teams.
Carson, Dart, Ward, Simpson, all declared and tested the waters.

It makes no sense to me.

Nothing in the league occurs in silence. If his agent is out there trying to get feedback, it’s gonna come out. So why hasn’t it?

When have you ever seen a projected fist round qb not declare? And not declare despite his team getting another top qb?
Also, they need to spend in the portal. You’re gonna pay Raiola and a pay Moore enough money to forgo the draft one more year??

You’re just gonna have that Raiola money just sit on the bench?

Fair points, all of them.

If he’s waiting for a draft eval the eval is going to read “J-E-T-S” (RIP his career btw) — and he won’t go any higher than that in 2027.

They did it with Moore. They paid him to ride the bench behind a QB that ended up going in the first round. I don't know why it seems so crazy when they already did it before. And just like Raiola, Moore started at his previous school. The only real difference is that Moore rode the bench as a sophomore, and Raiola might do it as a junior.

I think Moore is reconsidering his choices. It was also evident that he is not ready for the NFL vs Indiana.

But I don't get the notion of transferring. It's not like Oregon is bad offensively.

They may have reported it but no fckng way that’s true.
I agree that makes no sense UNLESS Raiola is not going to be ready to go at the start of the season. I am not up to speed on his injury so I have no idea if that is a possibility or not.

Injury or not, Raiola didnt take a discount. And it won’t be cheap to resign Raiola.

Didn't he break his leg?

And I don't think he has ever sat a year.

Seems like this might be the perfect year to do it...

I don't find it so strange.
