I think dude's intention is just attending his brother's basketball game regardless if it's UM, FIU, FAU, etc. and nothing more. Having his bro, fans, and coaches in his ears during these games will or will not have any impact remains to be seen.

He can go to Miami no problem. What is UF going to call the NCAA and tell them they gave Cook cash and now he bailed? These kids need to fock the whole plantation system over if there's ever going to be change. If the boosters are paying cash and covering their tracks and the NCAA turns a blind eye to the $EC then Cook can take all the money he wants before inking with Miami. Miami didn't pay him so it doesn't hurt them.
