With our boy Manny officially head coach who will be our new defensive coordinator, I think this hire is equally as critical as the offensive coordinator, and no Banda and absolutely no Patke

He will probably keep Banda/Patke there for better or worse. 2 guys he knows and is comfortable with , so he can communicate his vision for the defense without spending all his focus on that side of the ball.

No changes on defense at all. Manny just finished top 5 with them so why would he make any changes when he had 100% say so in their hiring.
 
So we’re just re-arranging chairs then. No real ******* changes. Where do I donate for the banners?
 
So naive. We all know how this goes down.
B and P stays in place.
Manny will be HC and OC and make a fool of himself like all of our old HC do.
Then he is fired in 2 years and then we hire Old Man Butch Davis.
Then he is fired just in time for us to hire Rosier as HC since he knows all of the 5 plays we will be calling since he left.
 
My guess is Manny will still be the DC, even if not by title. Similar to Smart at Georgia. Someone else has the DC title, but there was no doubt all decisions were being run through and approved by Smart.
