I could see Diaz getting a HC gig if he produces back to back solid seasons. Something along the line of ucf, uconn, etc..

I think he'd have to get a DC job before he can be a head coach. Unless he becomes an FCS head coach or something like that.

Honestly he seems a bit old to become a HC at this point. If he wanted a head coaching career than he should have made an effort to leave his job as a Missouri position coach earlier than he did.

I used to listen to AG and staph and was bewildered by some of their comments. Totally different coach speak by CMR and staff. As I've said before, I think Diaz and Kool are about to murder some ****.

Mrs. Kool is most likely happier than a pig in ****, he her husband most likely doubled his salary ($365k at Mizzou vs at Miami , an moved to a city with annual average daily temp of 80 degrees verses Columbia, Mo which is know for unpredictable weather. I have been to Missouri and trust me Florida is much nicer. I also think Coach Kool may be UM's future DC in training which would keep him here long term since we already know Diaz is a job hopper.

How do you have any clue if he doubled his salary?

Do you have any shred of evidence that this occured or is it just another one of your "feelings"?

It is called common sense deductive reasoning which is why I clearly said " Most Likely", but I can see at you lack this at 4:40 am responding to the thread. Do you think the best college Dline coach in the country up rooted his family for only a 50% raise. **** Coach Richt is paying Thomas Brown $600K\yr and we can tell Coach Richt really wanted Coach Kool so clearly Coach Richt has demonstrated he both will pay for and has the capacity to pay for the coaches he wants badly.
