Could we do any worse with Tate at QB?

so we are already moving past kosi? lets see what he does. i think enos should be smart enough to go more spread 4 wr/te concepts vs UVA with him at qb. or at least i can hope?
 
Enos will make Tate play under center. Taking away his play making abilities. The scheme has to fit the talent if you are listening Enos.

I mean the offense hasn't been good but in all 3 losses miami was up or tied late in the 4th and the defense gave up td drives.

We scored 17 against CMU. We only scored as much as we did against UNC and VT because we got down and had to chuck it and abandon Enos' turgid game plan. The offense is a problem.
 
Honestly, I would take Perry up to the red zone. After that, Martell. Hey, teams have goal line packages, and I think Miami needs a red zone package. Neither Williams nor Perry have a good red zone feel, and at least with Martell they have to watch out for a running QB.

I was kind of expecting to score more than the other team, whatever the number needs to be.

Read today that NC State was going to start their 3rd string QB. A coaching staff unafraid to try something different instead of not admitting they may have made a mistake coming out of training camp. Stroking their ego is more important than winning.

F'it ....why stop there?

We would be 12-0 at the end of the season if we started off with Tate in the shotgun, at WR catching passes,....leading the team in interceptions as a DB covering the other team's best WR, leading us in tackles, TFL and fumbles from the striker position......and most importantly, taking Manny's headset from him on the sidelines to actually lead, insert plays, inspire confidence and keep us on task.....

Whenever he sat for a short rest .....he would stand and lead cheers from the bench, send recruiting pics and notes to recruits getting them all to sign early, tape promotionals to increase game attendance and raise $$$ for additional facilities

He's an imaginary game changer and the solution to every problem we have.
