He took a massive shot to his throwing shoulder against USF. Against Florida I believe the longest pass he threw was the pick. That pass had no zip. Everything else was under 15 yards. He was also hesitant to run. When he threw the pick he could have easily run for 10 yards. Was he purposefully avoiding contact? I understand it was raining. I understand Florida forces you to play underneath. But normally you would still try something over the top a few times. I just have to wonder if he was 100%. And you know we would not hear a word about it from Mario. In this instance, a very good thing. Good news is it could just be a bruise and he will be fine in 2 weeks. Pure speculation of course. But it does make some sense.
