This is all 1000% true and I also want to lock Heatherman up here hahahe is awesome.
But to be fair look at the talent we added to that Defense:
Keonte Scott should have been a Thorpe finalist
Jacobe Thomas - first team all acc
Zach Poyser - freshman AA last year
X Lucas- big strong cover corner
Toure- experienced tackling machine
Blay- nice college DT
Plus the development of being a year older for Scott, Blount, Lightfoot, and the evolution of Moten who balled out all year.
This personnel is light years better than last year.
Heatherman has a rare talent who squeezes the best out of his players and takes their game to the next level. This D is getting nastier as the season moves forward. Heatherman embodies old school Miami defense.he is awesome.

It is always amazing how the greatest coaches always seem to have the top performing players.Heatherman has a rare talent who squeezes the best out of his players and takes their game to the next level. This D is getting nastier as the season moves forward.
I think these same talented players with D'onofrio would not get these incredible results.
There are things to exploit in any defense. He makes the right adjustments as the OC works to exploit any holes. That's what makes him a great coach.Tbh I think it’s just the guys on defense, because it’s quite a few things to exploit in his defense…kinda wild it’s been so good lol
Was waiting on this reply lol, and of course it is…but playing spot drop cover 3 with no disguise is high school easy to beat lol…we just got guys now. There are things to exploit in any defense. CoreyHetherman. No A. Cory Hetherman. Put on a friggin masterclass yesterday. 3 points on the road in a playoff game against a top ten team.
The beautiful thing is we all have opinions, sorry I don’t subscribe to group think. Look, I love how the defense is playing…it’s just some things I see that I dont agree with.lol
I think that’s one of the worst assessments I’ve ever seen on this board. Congratulations.

You're right but you still have to coach them up. I am impressed how well Miami handles dual threat QB's.he is awesome.
