We all know coordinators matter. And everyone knows we haven't had a good DC in forever, and many don't like Coley either. So, who are the realistic coordinators for each of the following prospective UM coaches:

Butch
Schiano
Mario
Chud
Pagano

The only one i have a guess at is Chud's OC will be Chud.
Would Schiano or Pagano be his own DC? I think not. I can't think of a HC who is also the DC, but there are quite a few HCs who do call the offense.
There is a less than 0% chance that Dorito is retained. Would any of the coaches above keep Coley as OC? If the money works out, does anyone think Coley would take a demotion to a position similar to what he had at f$u, but get paid the same, so UM could keep him as a recruiter? Any of these head coaches have to know that those high school relationships matter a lot.

Pete Carroll was DC at USC. Negged for thinking that kissing a HS coaches *** is what works. If I could neg again, I would every day for the rest of my life for wanting Coley on the next staff.
