Pete Joseph pitched for the University of Miami in the 1988 College World Series and after their loss he received a special letter in the mail from then 10-year-old Ben Geis.
Ben had met and was impressed by Pete Joseph and his performance at the series. After 28 years they met again in Omaha, where they initially met.
