Considering any QB ever, who would you compare Rosier to?

Being an oldtimer I think he plays a lot like Billy Kilmer former Redskins QB...not pretty but makes plays, wins games and is tough as nails. His toughness creates love and respect from his teammates...he'd run through brick walls to win a game.

Of Hurricane QB's a little bit of Vinny Testaverde as far as his physical play and Toretta toughness...definitely unique as a Hurricane QB though, hard to compare to any from the past. Love this guy though and he is doing more towards winning then Kaaya would've done if he had remained here. I am glad Kaaya left, Kaaya lacked the determination we get from Rosier.

He actually reminds me a little of Brock Berlin because he's a (relatively) short QB with alot of grit.
Obviously, Rosier has been more successful thus far, but I think coaching has something to do with
this.

Russell Wilson

Rosier isn't as accurate, but he has that sneaky running ability and gamer attitude. Wilson protects the ball well, manages a game, and lets the defense take over.

57% completion and 8.1 YPA, identical to '98 Tee Martin in the air while being a bigger running threat. And Rosier is just a straight up gamer with short memory.

Rosier is the guy other QB’s are compared against.

I hear he once purposely lost at solitaire, just to find out what it felt like.

He can make all the throws he just has to work on being even more consistent. He has made several elite throws this year that some nfl qbs struggle to make. Those 2 4th quarter touchdowns come to mind vs fsu and that elite td throw to berrios vs Notre Dame.

He reminds me of Troy Smith but he has a higher pro football ceiling than him

It's Russell Wilson.

Baseball kid. Stocky. Elusive.

Even can sort of do the guri curl thing.

The Russell Wilson comparison feels the easiest but it also feels the most accurate.

I don’t like judging Rosier too soon because I think he’s just starting to get off of the “color by numbers” approach that was necessary for him to win the job. Remember this is a guy who was told why he would never play for Richt. Right now...he’s just learning the language; he’s not fluent, but he’s conversational.

Notice how much better his running improved, when a few games a go he looked wooden and stiff. Also, Richt noted his check off that they didn’t practice; said he looked like a “veteran”. Rosier also mentioned it in his news conference.

I’ll figure out who he is next year because he’s not quite set in stone just yet. But, like everyone else, I’m with 100%.

10-0!

kind of reminds me of kyle parker the clemson qb who went to play baseball.

kind of funny, thanks to the colorado rockies parker and russell wilson both left the acc...
