He texted me this regarding his weight:

"Hey Tito kind of late but when I arrive at Miami I plan to be a bit over 240 seen people posting about that, I'm light right now because we didn't lift during the season at my JUCO and now I'm putting the weight back on and a bit more"

"When I arrive at Miami..." sounds good to me. Not concerned about his weight if he really is 229 today.

Yea it is, especially people who thought he was 6'3 235 and wanted him then found out he was 6'2 230 and didnt, lol...

His film is very impressive and he has good enough size to do what he earned a scholarship to do. I am not even worried. Cant wait til he gets here and reek havoc

Guy is a legit 230 with 10 months to add 10-15 pounds. More importantly, we were 80th in the country at 3rd down conversion %. We need guys that can get to the QB and get us off the field. Bond is a hunter. He gets so small around that edge and then has unreal acceleration when pursuing the QB.

yeah recruits and coaches read these boards... you knucle heads need to stop dissing some of the recruits like Bryant and AJL...
 
Wow!! The JC he goes to is about 15 minutes from where I live. Hope we can land him, he hits with bad intentions

You either have the quick twitch acceleration off the edge or you don't, and clearly he does. Anxious to see exactly how we use him, though.
