Such an over rated test for a D lineman. Show me his tape and how he clobbers the tackle to get around him. I couldn't care less about his 40 time. How often do you need a D lineman to run in a straight line in shorts? Stupid test.

That is not a relevant test for a D lineman.
Cow tipping? If you think about it - that's a much, much superior indicator of linemen's potential success.
You gotta get into place, and when you power shove - that cow will hit the ground with a thud and an exhale of breath - just like a big hit on an O-lineman.

Shemar Stewart ran 4.5. I'd take Bain 100/100 over that bum.
Id think pretty decent as a 3 tech. I could also see him as a 3-4 DE that is essentially a DT like Richard Seymour.
