We weren't the first to do it. Bama had the ballout belt. I guess we imitated them?
Stop it. OCCC was right about you bra. You like to be a contrarian just because.

Nobody cared about Bama having a belt. Tennessee was dunking balls in trash cans before us too. Of course other teams had props but there was no buzz. We just are the best to do it. When we brought out the chain it went national. It was so Dade County/305/Miami that everyone couldn’t help but hate it or love it. This phase of teams bringing out props after turnovers from college to little league didn’t start until we brought out the chain. We are always talking about relating to the kids these days and keeping up with the Joneses but what 18-21 year old wouldn’t want to stunt with an iced out chain after a turnover. Only thing is, if teams used a chain then their would be no deniability that they are imitating us. It has basically turned into who can 1-up us or come up with the best prop.
