College Football seasons rewatch?

Why don't colleges release all games of their seasons? How do younger fans get to enjoy players and games from the past? I think Miami should release full season videos to purchase. So, for example we can go back and watch EVERY game of say 1982 season. Have full seasons released for purchase? Or have a site for that you pay to access to watch all the football seasons?
