Coaching Improvement

What do coaches do to improve do they consultant other coaches? how do they learn new schemes, or plays. I'm only asking cause how do you run an offense that was used 30 years ago....I'm not even 30 years old....what do we still use today that's 30 years old and hasn't improved or made more efficient?

Coaches can get better if they think they aren't good enough. Ours think they are good enough though
