When you look at all the top teams in the country one thing is the same. They all have coaches who are passionate, have energy and competitiveness that they instill in their teams. The last three coaches had neither and for the " U" is to make it back to the top that is what is needed.

He's been burned since 2013..that sec championship lost to bama was his last stand.
Being the oc and the craze of being 10 -0 pumped a little life in him but the fire is totally gone again.

Last December he was so fired up he grabbed a ref and was almost ejected. However, the team played worse after that. Maybe all that yelling looks cool for fans but doesn’t do anything. If that win Muchamp would be the goat

FIFY

Richt and Fisher has this unique ability to consistently underachieve given the talent.

Brought it all in himself with such an inexperienced staff! Guy been coaching for 30 years he should be able to get folks with experience that he could trust for what he’s paying all those inexperienced people, especially on his side of the ball.

The team plays with Richts demeanor, especially on offense. Lifeless, uninspired and going though the motions. While that is who he is, we just don't appear to have that killer on staff that is going to light a kid or the team up to get them going. Richt does let loose after wins in the locker room starting the dances with the guys which is great but we just don't see enough of that emotion during the game. Manny is very energetic but more in the game than with the guys. Would love to see more emotion with our guys overall

If Mark Richt is able to win a championship, he would have done it already. Dude is good enough to get you 9/10 wins a season. But he won't win a championship. And he sure as **** won't win the ACC while Dabo is at Clemson.
