We need this guy back at RB coach in the worst **** way! This is beyond ridiculous. **** this is depressing.

We are a watered down version of UVA, that's what Al wants, Donna wanted Wisconsin but that didn't happen,

sol cant recruit for hs*t...andmost of these kids wont like him .....period.....

Hes a hard ***.....OLD SCHOOL type that doesnt fit with everybody

this new gen dont like that.....

im good with ICE.....

Walton's legit....Ice knows offense pretty well...and his recruitment and identifying guys early will pay dividends...

Soldinger is a beast of a rb/st coach though

Coach Solie is too old to bring back. His time has passed. He is coming up on his 69th birthday.
 
Stop trying to blame the position coaches. It's absurd.

Let's put it this was way, if Ice weren't here, we'd whiff on all FOUR Rbs today.

The bigger problem is the Head Coach and AD.

I overheard him talking about that a couple years back. He said that assistant coaching is a young man's job. He doesn't have the energy to be out on the road.

Then why did he throw his hat in the ring when the RB coach position opened up only to be filled by Hurley at the time? HE WANTED THE JOB! Also why does he spend most of his time volunteer coaching? You talk about his age but ole Butch is not far behind.

As far as recruiting goes, all he has to do is start naming NFL guys he coached. Ice just got out of high school and look at the stable of backs he brought in this year. His one former player smh.
