Not. Dude is clueless and needs to fire himself.

That interview was awesome!

Seriously, I know some of y'all are stuck in your feelings, and wanted to see something different. But that was some candid stuff!

A coach acknowledging he called the wrong play to end the game. That's so far opposite of throwing the players under the bus that it's a foreign concept around here.

As CMR has stated; They don't blame, they correct. And I see CMR making corrections and getting better.

At least he didn't stand up there an whine like babbling hillbilly child because he didn't get his way.

Other than that, I'd like to see him a little more fired up.

Hey do you guys think CMR is suffering from early dementia he don't look right in the eyes something is wrong.

I want MR to succeed but 9 days to prepare for 2-5 domers? terrible

And they had 14 days to prepare for a 4 win Miami team with only 1 win vs a legitimate (somewhat) team. I am not saying that they are a good team, but how many wins do you think we would have if going into the game yesterday we played their schedule? My guess is 2 or maybe 3.

He needs to stop hiring friends and family and get as far away from his coaching tree as possible because it is full of losers. More Kuls need to be hired. We might not like him but school loves him. If he threatens to quick, they will give him whatever money he needs to hire some frigging real coaches. Mark is never going to scare people, so he needs bad as... for OC, DC and all assistants to carry that water. He is great for mommas, donations and showed some recruiting ability at UGA. Kul is the only coach who should be safe right now.

Holy nitpicking.

But not surprising coming from a group that's already decided their opinion on the guy after 8 games.

What do you expect from a guy rocking a hardcore party boy gut? Unfortunately he must have some health problems stemming from diet.

What does this guy eat? I mean, I know what he doesn't eat: vegetables and fruit

Why are you all so emotional? Yes, the Canes are having another ****** year. If the ball bounces a different way, and if the refs aren't downright Hillary Clinton crooked, Richt has Golden's boys at 7-1 right now. The defense has improved (with the exception of not knowing what to do with a lead yesterday). The offense is pretty much the same as what is run by every other team in the country. Nothing original or wrong with it. Richt just doesn't have the players to run it. Kaaya is slow and can't find receivers when you introduce a distraction, like a possible handoff in a RPO or zone read. Yes, Richt should adjust the scheme to his personnel or change the personnel, but, at this point, who cares? He'll figure it out eventually. I don't expect the team to collapse like they did under Golden. That said, it's on to basketball season. No need for banners etc. at the football games. Way too early for that.

It won't mean **** unless he actually pulls the trigger, admits he made a mistake, and hires an OC.

It can't be understated enough....if he doesn't hire a dedicated OC this summer we are in football purgatory and basically a dead program for the foreseeable future.

I was pretty shocked ....especially since I just figured the play calling couldn't get any worse and after giving way 2-3 games you'd think the guy would realize his conservative approach doesn't work in the modern game.

Then the first quarter happened....and I'm starting to see a stubbornness that looks all too familiar.

He can't call plays, period. If he doesn't hire an OC this summer it's time to start fueling the planes.

Lol.....yeah correcting and getting better? Are you ******* clueless? We just lost to a dog**** 2 win team and we're gifted over half our points from special teams. Offensive yardage dog**** again. Please remove your head from your ***.

The guy's been a coach for 30 years. Why does he need to keep failing and making corrections? Why can't he do it right the first time after 30 years of offensive coaching?

You're joking, but he's very forgetful and seems awfully slow to me. And he looks lost. When he gets interviewed during games he's got that far away look in his eyes. I hope he's ok for real.

You guys will whine about anything. Would you prefer it if he stood up there and said some crazy ****, Mike Leach (who has quietly won 6 in a row and is now a threat to win the Pac 12) style? If he did, you'd be whining about that. Get a hobby.

How much PROGRESS and DEVELOPMENT have you all witnessed with respect to our football team over the course of this season?

One year is more than enough time to witness PROGRESS and DEVELOPMENT of players on the roster.

If by progress and development you mean progressively getting worse every week and developing bad habits, then we're trending up.
