Not too big for Pitt. First HC gig is at a power five school. Pitt has some history and the NE is ripe for the taking recruiting wise. PSU, Rutgers, OSU and ND are about the only schools recruiting the NE, also Golden recruiting the 2-3 star prospects in NJ. Narduzzi does 2-3 years and learns how to HC while improving a decent Pitt team in a horrible division. Then he goes to one of the big boys.
