It's not a theory - it's fairly obvious. Simpson bounced on March 3rd (literally days before spring practice), so you are almost always forced to promote from within given a circumstance like that. I think he hires a new DL coach regardless of how Stroud does this year.

Moten was decent and RJ and Kendrick were drafted but it took them until they got into Diaz' defense to realize their true potential. The others were pure crap.

Obviously the jury is still out on the 2019 guys, but everyone else on this list save for Martin is starting or in the 2 deep.

add willis to golden unless he is a Mark Richt guy Im not sure

The jury still out on our dt recruiting, Nesta is the only dog I can say for sure is a difference maker right now in terms if beastly dts. Thats my opinion unless these guys can change my thoughts from here on out
