Coach Justice and Mt. McKinnie

Why would any coaching staff want McKinnie around? He can’t seem to keep ANYTHING in house at all, he runs to Twitter or Instagram every single time a player or coach has an interaction with him. He created some friction in the offensive meeting rooms last year with some of the things he said publicly.

I would love to see pictures of some of the dudes on here always making fun of how others look. I bet we’d all get a few laughs.

I couldn’t care what a guy looks like outside of the S&C coach (who should NEVER be as out of shape as Felder). I just want guys who can be legit high end coaches and an asset on the trail.

Was he wrong?

Yes. When kids call you in confidence you probably shouldn’t share it on social media.

Why should he have loyalty when he offered his services and BBarry told him to F off basically? Didn't want him around. He should have loyalty to that? Yeah right. And none of this matters because it seems like Justice is going about things the right way so I think this time around will be different.

Like it or not, the UM football alumni are very plugged into the football program and always will be, and any coach who signs up has to deal with it or not sign on the dotted line.

He said players talked to him in private and he ran to twitter with what they discussed in private.. Cant even blame it on growing up in twitter finger age, thats crazy..

It's a good thing when our former greats get involved. Very few know what it takes to be truly elite in CFB & the NFL. As long as McKinnie is an effective communicator/teacher, this is awesome for the team and Coach Justice.

your point is well taken however it works both ways. Alumni need to respect that there are coaches hired to do a job. Whether they agree or disagree with the way that job is done , it shouldn't be shared on social media.

And interactions with the kids are definitely something that should be kept private, especially if they want to have the respect from the kids.

I dont care if he looks like Danny Devito as long as he can produce results
