Because if they lose, in my opinion it takes away from it. Much bigger statement to go back to back with a chance for three in a row. It’s just an opinion though. Like if they lose nobody will be talking about a streak next year, but if they win, that’s going to be the whole conversation. Dabo is killing it. Hard to imagine them not making the playoff again next year. We're in the middle of two once-in-a-lifetime runs (Saban). Can't wait for it to end. Feels like it never will.

Then again I really thought FSU was going to make a great run until Francois got hurt against Bama. In one play they went from one of the most talented well-coached teams in the country to a barren wasteland suddenly devoid of talent. Same with Urban's last year at UF.
