Many on this board believe it's time for us to clean house. Fire the AD and all the coaches and rebuild from the bottom up. But, for all the rhetoric, one thing never gets mentioned. We have an over abundance of entitled 305 pussies on this team. What we witnessed last night was not just the fault of the coaches alone. From the very first snap you could see, and feel, a team with NO life.

Now you can argue that it's the coaching staff's job to get them ready, fire them up, and unleash them come game time. Maybe so....to a point. The problem is, however, that if the players themselves lack the fire, desire and heart to perform once they get on the field then the game is lost before it's even begun.

It's tiring reading about all the accolades being thrown at the 305. What was once a hot bed of elite players now looks to be a hot bed of guys whose hearts pump ****. Outside of a few who really care and give 100% every time they put on the uniform, the team is loaded with self entitled prima donnas who think dancing on the sideline is why they wear the uniform.

Yes, the coaches are to blame. But let us not exonerate the lazy *** players (not all) who are contibuting to the downfall of the team.

The 305 kids ain't what they used to be. Too much xbox and social media. No loyalty to home, not tough, poor work ethic and seem content with losing.
They used to have a chip on their shoulder and dared anyone to knock it off. They intimidated the opponent before the game even started
When is the last time we scared anybody?
They are a poorly coached team that is perfect for the Twitter war generation.

Who recruited the lazy *** players? The coaches!! Manny cannot get a pass for defensive recruits he was on the staff the last 3 years offensive players maybe. Yes teams will start slow but most of the time they wake up and get into the game. Coaching is when your down big and its getting late you huddle up running the ball with no sense of urgency. Miami needed to score quickly leaving time on the clock.

Stop it with the players. Yes players make mistakes but when you start a company as the CEO it’s your job to hire and train and build a culture.

Manny has failed miserably. Honestly do you think Clemson and Bama have to “get up” to play the Mercer’s and Northwest Southern Mississippi?

No!

they have flawless execution and a great scheme. They come out there and it’s just business. They put up 21 points in the 1st quarter of those games and it’s no pressure.

Our offense is trash! We run one RPO that’s so telegraphed even a bottom feeder G5 team feasted on it. We do these long drawn out handoffs.

Our defensive scheme is just a bad. It’s like we say “we don’t care what you run. We are just gunna run out stunts and our stuff”

A real coach would come in right now and win 10 games with this squad with a double digits margin of victory.
