I like and respect Carter for his play and experience. But, maybe we wait till the season starts, or very least preseason and camp, before he s**t’s in his Wheaties. X lives the underdog life, nothing new. He’s the Little Train that could and he’s playing with his best friend. What could go wrong? Everyone else’s evaluation and opinion, is what. F**k that ****. Go Boy, Go Canes🙌🏽
 
One of the worst things about the present moment is that every media "personality" has a deep incentive to share un-nuanced opinions about everything, just to generate buzz.

What a stupid opinion Cris decided to share, regardless of context. It doesn't deserve a second thought.
 
So what if Cam was the influence for Tennessee signing Restrepo to a UDFA contract? The Titans were right for taking a shot. Maybe Xavier will become a superstar. Maybe Xavier will be a contributor. Maybe Xavier will be released before the start of the season.

The investment is the bare minimum.

It’s not like Tennessee picked him in the second round.

I think a lot of these pundits, former players or not, need to say things to keep their delusion they’re relevant.

Of course X has a huge hill to climb…but he will to have to prove to me he can’t find a way to get open if he gets NFL reps. Some guys have a knack for getting open and aren’t the fastest or the biggest.

We all know how talented Duke Johnson was, but also knew the mountain he had to climb size wise and right team…blah blah.
Same somewhat with Berrios who found out a way to stretch out some years…

But comparing these guys to slots that got to play with the Super Bowl Patriots built on that ****? Apples to oranges.

Whats Crazy is CC wasnt a burner himself!!! Matter fact he ran a 4.63 forty! Probably around where X is without the hammy issue. X is a route runner that gets open is tuff hard worker! Ill call it now him an Cam connection will get X on the roster imo. He should respect X game its alot of traits CC had. CC always has been talker tho! Id take X anyday i said when he was at UM if we had 85 or 105 however many kids and they all worked like X we would be unstoppable. Id take Jasen Lopez over Russel all day everyday too just throwin that out there them types

Skip and Sas caused this culture . Say outlandish , ridiculous **** and it gets you attention. Nick Wright mimicked their careers perfectly. I don’t understand caring about other grown men’s opinions. Most of these twats know nothing about sports.

No way he has watched X's tape and he's talking like this. X's play doesn't suggest 4.8, more like 4.6. 42 year old Jerry Rice looked like he ran 5.5 when he played for Seattle and still produced. X might not be dominate or even last a long time in the NFL but I'm not going to write him off.

SAS is hilarious to me because he gets paid so much money and is never prepared. dude literally talks about guys being on teams they arent on.

What else did anyone expect from a Taint ***aloon? Of course he’s gonna crap all over X and Cam. It’s just another way for Taint to indirectly negative recruit us. Just another reason as to why they are the team that I loathe the most, and it ain’t even close.

Anyone that thinks that this isn’t calculated is living in the land of fairies and unicorns.
