Typical Miami police and legal system bullish!t. Trumped up, fake charges are the norm for all of South Florida.
 
Seriously guys, how hard is it for people to get out of the street when a cop tells them to?? Kids these days feel like they can do whatever, whenever and however. If you were driving down the street in Tally, you'd be honking and screaming at kids to get the **** out of your way.

It might seem ridiculous, and quite frankly it is, but it's the principle behind it.

it's Miami beach...they really don't have anything better to do
 
I hope they give him the chair. Make an example out of him. We can't have the orderly crime free society that we enjoy in Miami if guys are allowed to get away with sickening crimes like this.

In agreement...... Next thing you know we will have these ruffians riding their ATVs all over the beach, harming beach-goers.
