A season too late imo

And it doesn't matter who the DC is as long as Golden has his hands on the defense. This scheme is his baby

Golden is a good guy but he has no business leading this program if he doesn't let someone else come in and have TOTAL CONTROL of the defense
 
Will retain a little hope if he hires a guy and says my way wasn't working. I'm not adverse to other ways of doing things and then he hires a legit DC. If we go with another puppet then we are delaying the inevitable.

Agreed. I like Golden but it will be very telling who he decides to hire.

None of them were as bad as Coach D. **** I would take a Pat Nix run offense over this trash we keep throwing out there on D every week. 3 years of Coach D and the defense continues to go backwards. What should we do? Hope we finally gets in right in yea 5 just for the sake for continuity?

Here is the issue, we all wanted Golden to be loyal to Miami , and now we're asking him not to be loyal to his staff.

He showed enough loyalty to them by giving Coach D and Jethro another year which in hindsight was a very bad decision. Should he risk his tenure here on the chance that those two can turn it around?
 
I told you mofos, certain teams have certain traditions. This passive *** defense is not Miami style. We do not have the talent but let us losing attackng and hitting the **** outa people. I have no idea what scheme we are using btw
