What are the chances that Goldie gets fired within 48 hours of the end, of today's bowel game? I'm one that's fairly optimistic, and believe that a good embarrassing brawl would significantly increase chances.

For Golden to be fired, a bunch of people would have to take part -- there are only a couple of people who could pull the trigger on their own, and they aren't interested.

So, unless that bunch of people have a pre-existing agreement -- "Al goes if we lose by n or more," etc. -- it would probably take more than 48 hours for them to get their heads together and agree about how to proceed.
 
A team has to have fight for it to have a brawl. The adim is happy with a mediocre product and those ACC checks coming in. Golden is just a caretaker of a neutered football program. This team could lose by 50 and he comes back next year. RIP UM football.
 
As long as the BoT can bring Al to the Ocean Reef Club and he doesn't embarrass them, then he will maintain his employment with UM.

Al's predecessor didn't play nice with the boosters and wasn't a hit at the Ocean Reef Club. That is why he got the ziggy.
 
Think the only way he's getting fired is if they players totally quit on him and the guys that have played their last game today go to the admins and tell them, in person, that no one wants to play for this clown. Even then, I don't think it happens.

I have come to the conclusion, that the admin and prez don't care if the team wins or loses they just want their ACC checks and no problems.
 
The response I was looking for is the admin is idiots and don't give a fvck about the program
0% win or lose

I don't anticipate a win Al can't coach has anybody realized this
 
Today's result will bear no outcome on Alf not being on the sideline in 2015. That die has been cast. We would have to literally show up in fatigues instead of shoulder pads and cleats, start brawls after every single snap, smash our own Cotton Bowl penalty record, and burn down Shreveport on our way out. The BoT would then probably figure that fatigues are part of the process, brawls are pillar building blocks and Shreveport "had it coming and wont be missed by anyone in particular." We doomed, bruh.
 
Your poll doesn't make sense.
The odds are 0% regardless of the outcome. But the 0% gets stronger the worse our performance because this admin WANTS the program dead.

Poll methodology is deeply flawed.

There are no choices listed of canes losing and golden having zero chance at being fired. That's where this admin is at sadly.
