I never liked the turnover chain even in 2017. I’ve grown to hate it even more every year since.

I don't know what fcking team you're a fan of, but it isn't the University of Miami Hurricanes.

I don’t think there’s actually a need to change it every year. That puts you in a box. Maybe Manny wasn’t planning on staying more than 3 years when he started but the Ibis could have worked for a long time. Now they either have the option of the baseball script “M” or TNM (please don’t)

I don't like the zip code. Georgia Tech is doing the same thing and I think it's stupid. Marketing wise, I don't see how it does well outside of Miami.

The rings gotta go, imo. Don’t care if we was 10-0 w them. They are way corny. The TO Chain needs to either be the U or 305, not combined though. Personally, it should be The U, only.

It’s not big like that anymore, either. They used to always show the kids celebrate w it. It’s a bit of an afterthought.

I was all in in 2017. It was the story in college football and we were able to ride the wave.
Now it seems passe.
As for the rings I'm not a fan. With the chain every player playing D knows that, they have a chance on any given play to wear the chain regardless of position. But with the rings let's face it, unless it's a trick or freak play only the skill positions have a chance to wear the rings.

Wish they would go back to the original version of the chain and stick with it. To me when it changes every year it gets more gimmicky, keep the OG and ditch the rings.
