No one wants to put any definitive process in place. Sounds like it could ultimately be a very subjective decision.

I told y’all before the season started, that this will be the ultimate SEC suck off. With no big OOC games and no PAC 12 in the rankings, it opens up more spots for the SEC. The “beating eachother up” narrative is gonna be LOUD. A 5-4 Ole Miss is gonna be ranked. Tennessee being ranked right now will count, even when they end up 5-5. “Subjectivity” will be ESPN’s favorite word. Saban is already using it.
