I like the video from the pff guys, They always have good info.. probably best breakdowns because they get in numbers..
Like usf dline got no pressures on lagway and they produced 3 overall from blitzing pressures. Their dline produced no pressures
Beck with clean pocket only these QBs have higher passing grade in last couple season

***Tyler Van Dyke would like a word…I posted something similar during the off-season, I can’t remember the exact data right now but it was something like out of all draft-eligible QBs since 2019, Beck was 2nd in on-target throws from a clean pocket only to Burrow. ***Obviously all QBs are better when they’re not pressured, but it was highlighting his accuracy. He is a legit elite of the elite thrower of the football from an accuracy standpoint when he’s kept clean. And we’ve seen it through 2 weeks. Took him a whole 2 games to break a Miami record. Sure it was Bethune, but all our other QBs have played cupcakes too and none of them completed 15 in a row.
He also had 12 in a row against ND. That’s impressive for a college kid in real games. Go to a college practice, you see a lot of balls hit the ground against air. This dude has played 2 games here and has hit 12 and 15 in a row in them. Crazy accuracy.
If USF only pressures him 3 times like they did Lagway, he’s going to embarrass them.

It's gotta be hard to be a national sports reporter. Way too many teams to follow in detail. I completely understand why ND was the national darling before our game.I enjoyed their stats breakdown, though I thought they were slurpin on the Domers hardcore before our match up. Posted it sounded like the ND fan who came into our board talking smack.
Also want to add that the Florida OLine also allowed 7 TFLs to USF, granted it's a different style of blocking pass/run but the Florida OLine, especially for all the hype they received preseason, has been awful. They allowed 11 TFLs to Long Island..ELEVEN. I'm expecting our OLine to give Beck plenty of time to throw. I think USF is going to have to send all out blitz to get pressure on him.I posted something similar during the off-season, I can’t remember the exact data right now but it was something like out of all draft-eligible QBs since 2019, Beck was 2nd in on-target throws from a clean pocket only to Burrow.
