I think the OL is trash and our QB is pretty bad but before we get rid of the head coach lets think about our options

Below is SI's rankings of the Top Head Coaches hired in 2015 - the year before CMR
- Jim Harbaugh (ugh)
- Gary Anderson (gone)
- Tom Herman (beat Tulsa by 7)
- Chad Morris ( 8 games under 500)
- Jim McElwain (insert Shart story)
- Pat Narduzzi (second best on the list?)
- Mike Riley (Gone)

I am backing the Head Coach for at least 2 more years bc sometimes the next "IT coach" ends up being a **** coach

LOL Richt is here as long as he wants to be . Miami is in a better place then we have been since 2003. Not sure what you are talking about even.

Our OL is getting better every season ( as it was putrid 4 years ago ) Now it has some real young talent but that talent has to learn. We are recruiting great there though. Our starting QB is a decent player who can play great but can also play horrible. If we can find a middle ground we dont lose again minus Clemson. The other QBs all have tons of potential. Richt will make the playoffs next season and IMO have a title by 2022 .

I like your optimism, let’s hope that you’re right. Otherwise this board will implode from the **** and vigor of all the others who don’t think Richt can take us there.

I think if we fire him prematurely it looks bad as a destination spot for coaching

"We" is less than 5% of this board.

Next season we lose a lot on Defense. Not seeing it. 2020 most likely.

Miami needs a QB. Badly. Look at FSU's record sandwiched around when Jameis Winston was starting. Alabama would have lost the NC game last year if they didn't make the change. I think Rosier has reached his ceiling, mentally, as far as processing and making the reads. I don't know about the other three. The problem is now, with the way QB's transfer if they don't have a chance to start within 1-2 years of going to college, you don't see a lot of the guys staying, learning the offense, then stepping in when they're a junior or RS-sophomore.

I've heard there is a pretty good coach at FIU that would be a great fit at Miami.

Only worry I have with Richt is the play calling, and assistants. He needs to hand that over. Truthfully, only way we get top assistant is we the fans pony up and donate. You got teams with 3 or 4 former head coaches and we got??
