Nothing special...nothing difficult...you can buy the shell...or make them (which I do)....filling is Mascarpone cheese...vanilla (fresh)...etc....you can pipe the filling in rolled shell with pastry bag..

Other teams struggling on the Basketball clay was priceless, but it did cause alot of our players to get open scrapes. Also preferred that name to Joe Robbie, Sun life, Landshark

Auto Correct on my phone Apparently noticed how little bit I write Baseball and "Corrected" me. Either way I have been to plenty games just about every section. Basketball is Hardwood or concrete.

Best Cannolis to date... Mikes Pastry in Boston and some place in Little Italy that I can't remember the name of. Dipped in chocolate always a nice touch.
