you're right no one should bc preseason rankings are for tv ratings early on, but theyre going off last year and what to expect this year. right now we have a first year HC and no QB. they see 7-6 and often times, a first HC is going to struggle out of the gate.

Not at all. I thought it was a very intelligent post. I think you may have angered one of the Richt apologists.

Exactly... that is the only reason why somebody would disagree. I know that people were gracious when it came to saying goodbye to him here on CIS... and that was the classy and correct thing to do for a former Cane. But the fact is he really hurt the program immensely... and we're still paying the price for it.

Exactly and we need to be able to speak honestly about things. We can't just gloss over his regime because he was a nice guy.
