even keeping in mind this is probably someone trolling. the answer in one word is no. first off miami doesn't have the cache texas had. second pac 12, byu and longhorn network have issues. sec and big 10 seem to be making money but even the acc, big 12 would have issues getting own network right now.
with rights fees making up the majority of money these networks make its hard for someone to take it on. and unless espn was gonna be part of ala sec it wouldn't work
plus our rights for tv are owned by acc right now. including tier 3 and 4. or however they are divied up. there is no reason to every give solo teams a network, now acc getting its own network a diffrent animal.. only reason sec works is it is tied to espn and there banner so they got on most outlets easy. pac 12 and even big10 are having issues getting on most cable and sat companies main packages.
