I don't think you would want to admit you will lose schollys to recruits but instead say "if we do lose schollys you'll be someone we can count on" or "were not expecting any loss of schollys but if we do you'll be someone we can count on." This way your neither telling them you will be losing scholly nor telling them you won't, because as of right now no one knows not even the NCAA. If you admit potential loses then you give more ammo to other schools to use. Like "even Golden knows their getting hit with sanctions" or "they are gonna miss a few bowl games too"
